7.2 Ticket Replacement Policy
If your dummy ticket expires within 2 to 4 days of issuance, we will provide a one-time replacement ticket at no additional charge. This replacement is a courtesy service offered under these specific circumstances.
However, if the replacement ticket also expires and remains unused, we are not obligated to provide another replacement ticket, issue a refund, or offer any further adjustments. The one-time replacement constitutes our complete obligation in such scenarios.
